Since purchasing the Mutoh Toucan 64” printer in December 2003, Jim Noon, President of MicroLink Graphics, has watched his business and profit grow. “We began looking at solvent printers because we needed a machine that would allow us to service the outdoor market,” explains Noon. “We liked the Toucan because the color quality, speed, and productivity are excellent for this price point.”

With their new Toucan printer, MicroLink Graphics has been able to tackle the outdoor market, and several new markets and applications as well. Noon is currently using the Toucan to create banners, vehicle wraps, banner stands, and adhesive-back vinyl graphics. “Our Toucan has definitely helped us generate new business and land larger jobs that we could not have done otherwise.“

Noon shares that he has been very satisfied with his purchase and with the technical support that he has received from Mutoh. “The color quality of the prints is superior,” he states, “and the speed and productivity of the machine have been excellent. We have definitely seen a decrease in production costs and an increase in productivity since purchasing the Toucan. I am really glad we went this direction. We would not be seeing these increases in profit had we gone with anything else.”
