Mutoh America Announces Graphic Intelligence Agency Training Program

TEMPE, Ariz., April 6, 2004 - Mutoh America Inc., a worldwide leader and manufacturer of large format commercial inkjet printers and plotters announces a strategic alliance with the Graphic Intelligence Agency to offer training on Mutoh products. Mutoh America, in partnership with the Graphics Intelligence Agency (GIA), has designed a training program that offers Mutoh customers the opportunity to acquire additional knowledge and skills to maximize the investment of their Mutoh product. The program will offer both on-site training at customer locations and classroom workshop training at GIA's training centers in Cleveland, Ohio, and San Diego, California. The two-day programs cover all facets of the customer workflow, including integrating Mutoh printers with software, ink and media.

"Many of our customers are new to the world of digital printing and have asked Mutoh to provide additional training classes," said Guy Cipresso Vice President/General Manager for Mutoh America. "We felt GIA's training services would meet those needs and then some. Digital printing can be an intimidating experience, but together with Mutoh and GIA, customers can gain the skills to print confidently and profitably."

The Mutoh America/GIA training program will initially be offered for Mutoh's Falcon Outdoor and Falcon II Outdoor products, with plans to soon make Toucan training available. GIA also offers hands-on profiling and color management workshops to further support Mutoh customers.
