USB....I am running a Vista computer with Flexisign 8.5 and a Valuejet 1604. When I Rip and Print anything over 12 inches long the software doesn't send the whole job and the printer stops printing. My dealer told me that I either had to get an XP computer or install USB drivers and run my machine on the USB port instead of the Ethernet port. I read on your site not to use the USB ports, so what do I need to do.

Just got the message to swap out waste pads.....but when i pulled out the tray i noticed that there was barely any ink collected on the pads......? This isn't normal is it?
