document I have been trying to dowlaod the maintenance engineer assistant amd the firmware for a VJ-1204 so I can repair a printer for a customer. I keep getting an error saying there is a connection failure. I am using ht elinks provided by you on your How do I upgrade FW instructions page and have had no luck for 3 days in a row. Am I missing something? Please advise ASAP.
You need to enter the correct IP address in the MEA under options.   You need to put the printer into "Board Manager Mode" ...
