Basic Printer Trouble-Shooting

1.  Print nozzle check

a.  Are all colors present?
      1. If no, are there ink in the lines and dampers?
      2. If yes, are there bubbles in the lines.
           a.  If yes, check for air leaks in lines and dampers
      3.  If no, are the dampers completely full (they should NOT be)

A syringe can be used to pull ink through the system.

b.  If all colors are present, are ALL nozzles present?
      1.  If no, do a cleaning cycle
      2. If no after a cleaning cycle do a head soak (place a lint free cloth soaked in cleaning solution from a cleaning cartridge across the cap, push the head back over the capping station and add a small amount of cleaning solution every 15 minutes for 1-2 hours) and then immediately do a cleaning cycle.
