All Mutoh branded printers are sold through Authorized Mutoh Service Resellers and come complete with an on-site service warranty. Extended warranties are also available for purchase. If your Mutoh or OEM brand Mutoh printer is past the factory warranty or if you need out of warranty on-site service, please contact GEI-Calgraph. Mutoh also manufacturers printers, under private label, for other companies. If you have purchased a Mutoh manufactured printer from another company and have questions, or need service, please contact them directly. PLEASE NOTE: E-Mail Questions will be answered within four business hours, dealer requests for onsite service will be processed immediately (again during business hours) and a confirmation email will be sent to you and your customer provided both email addresses are on the request form. Our business hours (E-Mail Related) are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
