Notice of discontinuance of Service and direct Support

Dear User:

Mutoh America Inc. has been offering parts and consumables for several discontinued products originally brought to the U.S. market by Mutoh Industries, Japan. These products have now reached the end of their useful life span.

Effective August 1, 2000 Mutoh America Inc. discontinued the direct support of these discontinued product lines. This will include no longer directly offering sales of consumables, spare parts, phone support or service for any of these products.
We will continue to have nominal technical support available on this WEB site.   Phone support is discontinued.

These discontinued products are:
* All Pencil/pen plotters models F-920, IP-530, RT-500, XP-500 series (all models) and XP-300.  Free support is available by following the link to Plotter support in the left column.

Vinyl cutters, both XPC and SC models.   Free support is available by following the link to Cutter support in the left column.

Cutting Plotter consumables may also be available from The Signery 800-724-4195.  Ask for Steve Magnanti.

* RT-500 printer media is available from Paducah Blueprint at 270-444-6171.

* AccuJet and SpectraJet inkjet printers can be serviced by any SummaGraphics Summa II or SummaJet inkjet repair facility or contact TMS - plotter repair in California at 949-837-2324. Ink cartridges for SpectraJets with bulk ink units may be available from Independent Ink at 800-446-5538  Contact Joe Sklar there  or e-mail him at jsklar@independentink.com
