Instructions:
 
1)       Put PMCore.dll file in the Program folder inside of the Flexi PRINT folder.  It will ask you if you want to replace current file confirm yes.
2)       In windows go to start menu under Flexi PRINT DX Mutoh 5.0v3 and run Preference Manager. In Preference Manager load Factory Defaults. 
3)       After loading factory defaults you will have to re-install printer and cutter.
