This procedure will allow you to eliminate your RIP software and print directly to your printer in order to troubleshoot printer/software issues.

If you are having trouble printing, connecting, or having printer issues use this procedure to sent a print to your printer by way of TCP/IP.

1. Download TCPSEND.exe  HERE.
If you are prohibited from downloading .exe files download a zipped version HERE.

2. Download a preripped file for your printer HERE.

3. Save both files to your desktop.

4. Open tcpsend.exe (choose to use the Japanese version or not)

5. Enter in the IP address of your printer

6. Browse to your desktop for the preripped .rtl file for your printer.

7. Press "Start to Send'

8. Evaluate and compare image quality of the preripped file to that from your RIP software.

When I Rip and Print anything over 12 inches long the software doesn't send the whole job and the printer stops printing. My dealer told me that I either had to get an XP computer or install USB drivers and run my machine on the USB port instead of the Ethernet port. I read on your site not to use the USB ports, so what do I need to do.
