If the printer has a ‘badged’ name then it was an OEM product. Please contact that company for assistance. For drivers for any of these ‘badged’ products contact any RIP manufacturer. They will often have drivers or know of acceptable Wasatch, Onyx and Scanvec or others, all have RIP software packages that support most of the OEM badged printers.

All OEM resellers are "Solutions Providers" and are trained to assist you with technical questions that you may have as well as provide service as it may be required.

NO water based printers can be converted to solvent printers.

For AccuJet and SpectraJet models only:

These models have been discontinued for over four years and were originally manufactured by Summagraphics, so any repair facility that repairs or services Summagraphics Summa II or SummaJet inkjet printers should be able to assist you with any service that you may require.

One repair facility is located in Southern California.

Effective August 1, 2000 Mutoh America Inc. discontinued the direct support of these discontinued product lines. This will include no longer directly offering sales of consumables, spare parts, phone support or service for any of these products.
We will continue to have nominal technical support available on this WEB site.   Phone support is discontinued.
rt should be available from any JRL service company.
