To find the MAC address on a printer

From the “RUN” menu on a PC

Type "cmd" to open a command window.
Type " arp -a"

And look up the IP address of your printer

The MAC address is the "Physical Address"

For additional information please google "ARP" and "Address Resolution Protocol"

document USB....I am running a Vista computer with Flexisign 8.5 and a Valuejet 1604. When I Rip and Print anything over 12 inches long the software doesn't send the whole job and the printer stops printing. My dealer told me that I either had to get an XP computer or install USB drivers and run my machine on the USB port instead of the Ethernet port. I read on your site not to use the USB ports, so what do I need to do.
