USB....I am running a Vista computer with Flexisign 8.5 and a Valuejet 1604. When I Rip and Print anything over 12 inches long the software doesn't send the whole job and the printer stops printing. My dealer told me that I either had to get an XP computer or install USB drivers and run my machine on the USB port instead of the Ethernet port. I read on your site not to use the USB ports, so what do I need to do.

The USB port is not officially supported on the ValueJets, but we have had reports of success using the USB port with Vista users experiencing the kind of issues that you are describing.
The problem appears to lie with Vista and Vista 'security' concerning IP addresses through Ethernet. SAI (the Flexi people) are working to resolve this issue and hopefully will release a fix shortly.

Reports of success are in using the Mutoh RJ900 USB driver.
