6.4 Moving or transporting the printer
This section describes how to move or transport the printer.

When using the dedicated stands, follow the procedure below to move the printer.
| 1 | Dispose of waste fluid. |
| 2 | Make sure that the printer is turned OFF. |
| 3 | Check that the butterfly bolts (2) attaching the stand and the printer are not loosen. |
| 4 | Check that the printer head is in the rightmost position. |
| 5 | Bind the CR belt in the center section of the printer by fastening the CR belt clip around it.

| 6 | Remove the scroller. |
| 7 | Remove all the cables, such as the power cable. |
| 8 | Release the lock of the caster and transfer it.

After moving the printer, follow the procedure below to set it ready for use.
| 1 | Select a suitable place for installation. |
| 2 | Move and install the printer to the location. |
| 3 | Check the butterfly bolts (2) fixing the stand and the printer are not loosen when using a dedicated stand. |
| 4 | Attach cables, such as the power cable. |
| 5 | Perform Nozzle check, and then confirm that there is no clogging in the print head. |
| 6 | Perform Alignment. |
6.4.2 Transporting the printer
When transporting the printer, it is necessary to pack in the same condition as purchased using protective and packing materials to protect the printer from vibration and shocks.
