“I feel that Mutoh has done an excellent job educating the distributors so we can pass our knowledge onto the end user,” shares Arnold. By thoroughly educating the distributors, they are better equipped to align the expectations of the end user with the core competencies of a machine. This helps to eliminate any misconceptions and positively impacts the overall satisfaction of the end user. “I have never heard any regrets from a Mutoh customer. All of my clients have commented on the increase in production and profit they have experienced as a result of their Mutoh purchase.”
