Currently, Northlight Color’s main focus is on the Eco-Solvent
line of Mutoh printers, specifically the Falcon Outdoor and the Falcon
II Outdoor. Right now, the Falcon II Outdoor is being featured as Northlight
Color’s demo.
“Our main interest is in the Eco-Solvent capability,” Beehler
explained. “A lot of our customers either do not want to, or are
unable to vent. Most of the other printers on the market require ventilation
and we needed a product line that would allow us to sell to customers
who were not capable of this.” In Beehler’s opinion, it is
this ability to print without ventilation that really differentiates
the Mutoh Eco-Solvent product line from all of the other printers on
the market. “It is a very unique and very strong selling point,” Beehler
states.
In addition, Beehler commented that they had been extremely happy with
the print quality of the Falcon Outdoor and Falcon II Outdoor. “We
have been able to impress quite a few customers with the print resolution
and the vibrancy of the colors,” Beehler explains. Northlight Color
has also found that the Mutoh product line has proven to be very reliable. “The
Mutoh product line has not required a lot of hands-on maintenance,” Beehler
states. “It is a very stable product and easy to operate.”
