High-Resolution Printing for Soft Signage and Textiles

The ValueJet textile printers employ 2 heads (180 nozzles x 8 lines) for true 1440dpi output resolution at high print speeds. This 8 channel new piezo printhead technology is responsible for making the images stand out and look sharp to even the most discerning viewers. The ValueJet textile printers are designed for several soft signage applications such as: POP signage, trade show graphics, museum fine art prints, banners, flags, fabrics for custom clothing, fabrics for interior design and much more.

Mutoh’s patented intelligent interweave printing technology (i²) is standard on the entire ValueJet line. i² allows for increased print speeds and virtually eliminates banding, creating exceptional image quality. Its increased accuracy and consistency of dot size and dot release during printing improves the image, in addition to increased dot gain control, allowing for more latitude in profile settings.

The ValueJet textile printers perform with equal ease and quality whether it is printing pigment on polyester fabrics or dye-sublimation inks on dye-sublimation transfer paper. Owners can enjoy the flexibility of being able to print from both our 220 ml ink cartridges or a bulk ink system. With our new print heads, high print speeds allow you to print at a blazing 447 sq/ft/hr. And with the dual head set up, you can run two types of ink simultaneously, CMYK x 2, or eight colors.
