GEI CalGraph is Mutoh’s service partner, providing on-site warranty
service , installation of Falcon II commercial indoor printers and Toucan
industrial outdoor printers and technical support. GEI CalGraph, Mutoh
and Mutoh Authorized Resellers form a triad of customer support and service
to deliver the most comprehensive program in the industry. To better inform
you of the GEI CalGraph component we sat down with Mark Lewis, President
of GEI CalGraph and here is what he had to say:
“GEI CalGraph is proud to be serving the Mutoh customer base with
installation, on-site warranty service, technical support and extended
warranty programs. We are very good at what we do. Our current service
model stems from a 33-year legacy of supporting xerographic products to
today’s array of digital products, including large format printers.
Our full line of services include:
• Field on-site service
• Call Center / Help Desk
• Installation and training
• Return to depot for repair and refurbishment
• Worldwide parts distribution and logistical services
• Extended service contracts”
“Our technical support staff are specialists in the field of computer
graphics technology, with an average tenure of over 15-years of depot
and on-site experience servicing printers, plotters and scanners. Each
of our seventy-one North American Field Technicians have fully stocked
service vans to trouble shoot, and in most cases, resolve a service problem,
on the spot. In areas where we do not have a local technician, one is
dispatched either by vehicle, or airplane. In all cases we are on-site
within 24 – 48 hours of the initial service call.”
“All of us at GEI CalGraph are committed to Mutoh’s customers
and feel we are uniquely qualified to deliver the best service possible.”
